Bigball received Gold Merit status, making him Fairworld’s fifth gold merit sire in 3 years. His economic value places him with Picasso amongst the top five highest scoring golden rams off all time.

Fairworld fetched the 1st, 2nd 3rd highest price of the season so far. Our highest prices were  BH 15.5µ – R45.00,  AH 17.0µ – R41.40, BBH 16.4µ – R40.60. The clip average was 18.2µ

At the first multi vendor sale held at Middelburg, a  Groenbek ram measuring 16.3µ was sold for R12000.00.

Although prices were down and very much in line with the current wool prices, Fairworld still had a very successful sale with buyers from all over S.A. competing. The highest price of R8200.00 was paid by Koos Smit of Carolina.

We were the proud runners up for the 2004 Count Zegna VA Challenge. The Fairworld entry scored 91.9% and measuring 15.4µ.
